Gary leads Eagle & Spear with a balance of financial discipline and operational delivery.
He’s also Chair of PCS UK Ltd, Town & Country Repairs Ltd, and Rosebud Preserves.
A Liveryman of the Worshipful Companies of Plumbers and Lightmongers, Gary’s focus is on helping businesses scale with integrity, clarity, and commercial strength.
Haitham El-Hag
Analyst & Operational Support
Originally trained in medicine, Haitham brings exceptional analytical precision and an innate focus on compliance and structure.
Since joining Eagle & Spear eight years ago, he’s supported due-diligence, financial modelling, and operational planning across every investment tier.
His disciplined, detail-driven mindset complements Gary’s strategic leadership, ensuring every partnership is grounded in measurable performance and accountability.
